Embed

The Embed widget brings the outside world right into your board. Use it to seamlessly integrate YouTube videos, live webcams, images, external dashboards, or entire websites — all inside your workspace.

Some websites cannot be embedded if they explicitly block this feature (for example, google.com).

Remote Access to Edge Devices

This is where the Embed widget truly shines. Many apps running on edge devices — or virtual edge devices in the cloud — provide their own web-based user interfaces. Normally, these are locked inside local networks and inaccessible from the outside.

IronFlock solves this with its secure remote access tunnel technology:

1. Enable remote access for a device or app from the device settings.
2. IronFlock instantly provides a unique, secure web URL for that device.
3. Paste that URL into an Embed widget on your board.

The result: you can configure and interact with your devices’ own interfaces directly inside your board — no VPN, no complex networking required.

All tunnels are protected by an authentication proxy, ensuring only authorised users can access them.
